What this is

Flash Listings is a private tool used by one eBay seller and their staff to write listings, make product photographs and read their own sales figures. It is not a public service and has no customers of its own. Nobody can sign in but the people the seller has given a login to.

What it holds

• Sign-in details for the people who use it. An email address and a password, held by Supabase, our sign-in provider. Passwords are never visible to this tool.
• The seller's own eBay connection. A token that lets the tool act for the shop, and the shop's eBay username, postage and returns policies. Tokens are kept on the server and never sent to a browser.
• Listings and photographs. Product photos uploaded by the seller, the titles, descriptions and item specifics written from them, and the listings published.
• Sales figures. For each sale: the eBay item number, the quantity, the price and the date. Read from the seller's own eBay account to work out what sold and what it earned.
• A record of AI use. Which step was run, which model answered, how much text went in and out, how long it took and what it cost.

No buyer information is held. When the tool reads the shop's orders it takes the item, the quantity and the price and nothing else. No buyer names, addresses, emails or payment details are read, stored or sent anywhere.

Who else sees it

Only the companies whose services do the work, and only what each needs:

• eBay — to read the shop's listings, orders and policies, and to publish listings the seller presses publish on.
• Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini) or Moonshot (Kimi) — whichever the seller has chosen. They receive product photographs, titles and descriptions to write the listing from. They do not receive sign-in details, eBay tokens or sales figures, except the shop's own totals when the seller asks a question about them on the analytics page.
• fal.ai — receives product photographs to make product shots from.
• Supabase (sign-in and database) and Fly.io and Vercel (the servers this runs on).

Nothing is sold, shared for advertising, or handed to anyone else. There is no tracking, no advertising and no analytics of the people using the tool.

How long it is kept

• Uploaded photographs are deleted from the server after 30 days.
• Listings, sales figures and the AI usage record are kept while the tool is in use, because they are what its own reports are built from.
• An eBay shop can be unlinked at any time, which deletes its stored connection.

eBay account closures

eBay notifies applications when someone closes their eBay account. This tool receives those notices and records them. In practice there is nothing to delete: what it holds about sales is item numbers, quantities and prices, never anybody's personal details.

Your rights, and how to ask

Anyone with a login can ask what is held about them, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for their login and its records to be deleted. Write to abzqad@gmail.com and it will be dealt with within 30 days. The tool is operated from the United Kingdom.
