Terms

Who we are
Flash Listings is run by Flash Software Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 17500154. Our registered office is Lanchester House, Montgomery Street, Birmingham, B11 1DT. You can reach us at owner@flash-listings.com or through the contact page.
These terms apply when you create an account or use Flash Listings. Creating an account means you agree to them.
The service
Flash Listings writes listings for online marketplaces with AI, makes product photos and videos, publishes listings to the marketplaces you connect and keeps your stock in step across them. It is for business use: you must be 18 or over and use it for selling.
Your account
- Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what is done with your account, including by staff you give a login to.
- Give us accurate details, and keep your email address up to date so we can reach you.
Plans and payment
- Monthly plans are paid by card through Stripe. A plan renews by itself every month, on the day you subscribed, until you cancel.
- Prices are in pounds and shown on the plans page. Flash Software Ltd is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added. We tell you at least 30 days before a price change affects you.
- Allowances (the listings, photos, videos and other work a plan includes) start fresh each month and do not carry over.
- Add-on packs are paid once and never expire. They top up a paid plan.
- Cancel any time from Your plan, under Manage or cancel your plan. You are not charged again, and you keep the plan until the end of the month you have paid for. Part months are not refunded.
- Changing plan starts the new plan the moment you pay for it, with a full fresh allowance, and it renews on that day each month. The old plan stops at once, and what is left of its month is not refunded.
- If a payment fails, Stripe tries again over the following days. If it still fails, the plan ends and the account goes back to the free plan.
- The free plan has smaller monthly allowances and fewer tools, and what it includes may change.
Your listings and photos
- What you upload, and what is made from it, stays yours. You let us use it only to run the service for you, which includes sending photos and product details to the AI services that do the work.
- AI makes mistakes. Check every title, description, item specific, category, price and photo before you publish it. You are responsible for your listings being accurate and lawful.
- Only upload photos you have the right to use, and only list items you are allowed to sell.
Marketplaces you connect
You connect your own eBay, Amazon, Shopify and other accounts, and Flash Listings acts on them only when you ask it to. Each marketplace's own rules and fees still apply to you. We are not responsible for what a marketplace decides, such as removing a listing or limiting an account. You can disconnect a marketplace at any time on your profile.
Fair use
Do not use Flash Listings to break the law or a marketplace's rules, to list counterfeit or prohibited items, to copy other people's work, to overload or attack the service, or to resell access to it. We may suspend or close an account that does.
Keeping it running
We work to keep Flash Listings available and correct, but cannot promise it will never be interrupted or that every AI result will be right. We may change, add or remove features. When a change takes away something you pay for, we tell you first.
Our responsibility to you
- We are not responsible for losses we could not reasonably foresee, or for lost profits, sales or business.
- Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.
- Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not let us limit. If you are a consumer, your legal rights are not affected.
Closing your account
You can stop at any time: cancel your plan, and ask us at owner@flash-listings.com to delete your account. We may close an account that breaks these terms, and tell you why. What happens to your information is in the privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
When we change these terms we update this page and its date. If a change affects how you pay or use the service, we email you before it applies.
The law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales deal with any dispute.
